Detestable Last 30 years
Since US President Bill Clinton brokered the PLO-Israel Peace Treaty in 1993 (30 years ago) and his approval of homosexuality, the West (former Christian nations) led by the US has fallen away to become nations of the antichrist and Satan.
Since the wars and the great depression, US is the richest and most powerful Christian nation. After WW2, Christian nations (churches) were the light to the world by bringing in schools, hospitals and charities to help the poor and needy nations.
Powerful God's Word
Deu 11:18-19 "Therefore you shall lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up."
The Israelites, raised up in the wilderness might not have seen the numerous signs and wonders of their forefathers, but they still could see manna falling from heaven, water from the rock and pillars of cloud and fire.
God ensured that they were taught His words. In fact they were taught to memorize the Torah of Moses.
With the words of God in them, they were transformed from the 'faithlessness of their fathers' to become bold and faithful soldiers of God.
Judges 2:10-11 When all that generation had been gathered to their fathers, another generation arose after them who did not know the Lord nor the work which He had done for Israel. Then the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord, and served the Baals;
The bold and faithful Israelites were so busy possessing Canaanland that they forgot to teach their descendants God's word. Thus, the next generations without God's word and truth were easily misled to be wicked and serve the devil instead of God.
Many examples are found in the book of Judges:-
1. Samson anointed before birth, was invincible but grew up to be arrogant, irrational, rebellious, immoral and a drunkard,
2. Though Gideon delivered Israel but all his seventy sons were wicked and were killed,
3. Similarly, the sons of the faithful Samuel were all wicked,
4. The two sons of Eli, who were also priests, were blasphemous, covetous, demanding and wicked that the Jews loathe offering sacrifices to the Lord.
1 Samuel 2:12,17 Now the sons of Eli were corrupt; they did not know the Lord... Therefore the sin of the young men was very great before the Lord, for men abhorred the offering of the Lord.
God had commanded the Israelites to teach His words to their descendants. Today, all Christians must make disciples by teaching them *to observe all the commandments of Jesus* (Mat 28:19-20)
Abominations of President Kennedy
In 1961, John F. Kennedy, the only US Catholic President quoted, "I believe in an America where the separation of church and state is absolute—".
In 1962, Kennedy took the Bible out from all public schools, prayers from the administrations and instituted the abominable human rights _ the complete rejection and rebellion of Theocracy in US.
This will definitely prevent the word of God and truth being taught to the younger generation. Just like the Israelites without truth, Christians will err into heresies and commit abominations leading them to apostasy and damnation.
Immediately in 1963, God killed Kennedy to warn Christians not to follow his abominations.
Unfortunately Kennedy's successor Lyndon B. Johnson and subsequent Presidents did not rectify these abominations, which led to the spiritual degradation of the US.
Since then, these new generations without the truth of God's word, were blind so they started to become wicked, sinful, rebellious and blasphemous.
Unfortunately, most Christian nations too followed the US, who was the richest and most powerful nation, that even the UN was under its control. All these nations feared man (US) more than God and turned their backs to God by casting God out of schools and also their administrations.
